The N6005 has a about 1.14X higher boost clock than the Celeron N5105, which means it can perform faster in single-core tasks.
Both processors have the same base clock, L2 cache and L3 cache, which means they have similar performance in multi-core tasks and memory access.
The Pentium Silver N6005 also has a more powerful integrated GPU than the Celeron N5105, with 32 execution units and up to 900 MHz frequency, compared to 24 execution units and up to 800 MHz frequency for the N5105.
